Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order through the provided link in the email or by visiting our website’s order tracking page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KhushiKart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Our site ships to addresses within India, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Damages

KhushiKart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier. We will assist in filing a claim. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as delivered.
